Imperial stout aged in 5 year old apple brandy casks with brown sugar and whole papua new guinea vanilla beans. (12.2%abv)

Tasting Notes - Dominant aromas of rum candy and dark brown sugar intertwine with chocolate and licorice undertones. The initial flavor profile opens with smooth apple brandy, quickly fading into light coffee, cocoa liqueur and faint baking spice. The finish is drier, with light distillate alcohol present, ending with flavors reminiscent of creamy vanilla, cappuccino and eclairs.
