The initial aromas dance between delicate musty funk, cotton candy, ripe fruit and subtle tones of raisin and red licorice. The soft sourness opens flavors of blackberry, hibiscus, montmorency cherry and faint pepper, finishing dry, somewhat tannic, with a slight mineral sweetness.
