Infinite Hibernation 2020
The 2020 vintage was brewed with copious amounts of crystal malts and Belgian candi sugar then oak fermented in maple syrup bourbon barrels with local yeast.
Tasting notes: Aromatics of bold truffle chocolate, bourbon spice and cream, with light hazelnut, oak barrel, coconut and toffee. This year’s Infinite Hibernation explodes into flavor-land. Maple syrup, dark roasted malts, burnt marshmallow and bourbon barrel goodness, open to a Belgian-esque flavor that takes the show, with accents of vanilla, light sarsaparilla and dark chocolate, intertwining with banana and bubblegum notes from our indigenous (non-sour) yeast for this vintage. 13.4%abv. 375ml bottle.
